About Us

MPL Construction & Architecture Company has been a design build contractor since 1972.  In 2002, Matt Wood and Ethan Wood (brothers), bought MPL from Rus Lloyd. MPL built a new office next door to the old office in 2005. In 2006 they brought in an in-house architect to manage the design phase of the construction more closely. Matt and Ethan are active general contractors that will be on-site during construction of your project and will be readily available to you during all phases of design and construction.

We rely on repeat clients for over half of our business. Some of our many clients include Astec Industries, Card Monroe, Heatec, ADM,  Boyd Buchanan School, ServePro, Hunter Oil, Lee Smith, Chattanooga Tractor, and The Woodbridge Group.
